Asahikawa Midori no Sodanjo (Garden Consultant) is located in Kaguraoka Park, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery that changes with the seasons. It plays a core role in Asahikawa’s efforts to use the city’s abundant nature in citizens’ daily life and future urban planning. It was opened in August 1989 as a base for Asahikawa’s urban greenery efforts.
